Mepore Ultra is a sterile, absorbent, showerproof, self-adhesive dressing intended for low to moderately exuding wounds such as surgical incisions, cuts and abrasions. The breathable design with an outer film layer helps protect the wound from water and contamination while maintaining a comfortable, secure fixation with a skin-friendly, water-based, solvent-free adhesive.

Indications

Suitable for use on low to moderately exuding wounds including post-operative wounds, cuts and abrasions.

How to Use

1. Clean and dry the wound and surrounding skin according to local protocol.
2. Remove the protection paper and position the pad centrally over the wound.
3. Smooth down the adhesive borders to secure without tension.
4. Replace as needed or as advised by a healthcare professional.
